Business plan…just typing those words makes me cringe…does it you? Having a plan in place, especially if you are a new entrepreneur, mom entrepreneur, online entrepreneur..etc. we all need one! It is best to get one in place at the beginning, instead of later. Here are some resources I found that might help you as you begin this awesome process!

6. Business Plan for Established Business
As a new entrepreneur, a mom entrepreneur, online entrepreneur, the common thread we all have at some point is that we tend to face some sort of FEAR. Fear pops in and out of our lives as our business start, grow and expand! For some, they experience the fear of failure, the fear of success, the fear of not knowing enough. What is YOUR fear? What have you experienced recently that came up in your life, but you CHOSE not to let it bring you down?
The key here is that we all have CHOICES. Fear enters our lives all the time. It is what we choose to do with the feeling that will determine the path we go down.
I recently interviewed Sheri McConnell, CEO of Smart Woman’s Institute of Entrepreneurial Learning for a book I am writing and her words rang true to me. She said that in order to conquer fear, we need to get out of our EGO and focus on how we are helping others. Signaling to the universe that we each have a gift to offer the world and stepping into our brilliance is key to overcoming fear.
Fear is a gift! When you start to feel it, begin to question the heck out of it!! Byron Katie has four questions that I use in my own life and with my clients that are super helpful when any type of fear or doubt enters your mind.
Is it true?
Can you absolutely know that it’s true?
How do you react, what happens, when you believe that thought?
Who would you be without the thought?
Then turn around the concept you are questioning, and don’t forget to find at least three genuine, specific examples of each turnaround.
