When you own your own business or are are a new entrepreneur, it is so important to truly
identify what makes you or your services so unique. What makes you stand out from your
competition? We have heard it time and time again, what is your USP? What makes you
different? In fact, we can hear it SO much that we become numb to the question and
truly don’t take the time to go through the questions needed to truly figure it out. Today
I would love to simply remind you of some critical questions to ask yourself as you are
building your USP. I hope they are helpful to you!
1. What truly makes you unique?
2. In what way (s) are you unique?
3. How can you prove it?
4. How do you overdeliver?
5.Can you describe the value you deliver in 20 words or less?
6.Do you have a out of this world guarantee?
7.Do you have integrity?
8. Are you customer/client focused? How?
9. Do you deliver red carpet service? How? What do you do?
Think about the answers to these questions and start creating your own USP. What makes
you so special that I want to get out my credit card and give you my money?
