This is a must with social networking these days. Did you know there are over 300,000,000 users on facebook? A fan page will give you the professional image you need that is separate from your personal page. On this page you will post items, information, etc. only related to your business. How do you get started? I had to figure this one out and I would like to share what I found.

1. Go go http://www.facebook.com/pages/create.php

2. Choose your ‘category’ for your fan page. This is important as it will need to be related to your business and what you do.

3. Find the ‘edit infromation’ lik floating in the upper rights section of the main screen. Enter your information here.

4. Upload a professional picture and add a fan box to your site.

5. Connect your twitter account as well! You can get the RSS feed link from your Twitter profile. You can also use your blog URL as well.

6. Create some video to upload on your site. I found it takes about 10 minutes …a little less …for each video. I plan on loading my videos at night before I hit they hay!
