I just finished watching Conan O’Briens parting moments on the tonight show.If you have a chance, you can watch it here.  His leaving the Tonight Show was very heart felt and done , in my opinion with grace and class. His words of finding a way to make whatever is next on his journey “fun” is  huge! Isn’t that what makes life and business so enjoyable? If you aren’t having FUN, you really need to find something else to do.

While I was watching, what truly stood out to me was how he addressed the young viewers of the audience and said “Do not be cynical, it doesn’t lead anywhere…If you work really hard, and be kind…amazing things will happen.”

True words of inspiration and truth. Working hard and being kind…giving your gifts …living your life and leading your business with integrity and honesty and heart is what will bring you all the success you will every want and need.
